Beautiful space, beautiful food, beautiful drinks and beautiful people! Darlo Country Club has launched The Brunch Club on Saturdays and I was invited to check it out!
The Brunch Club has been modelled on the popular Soho House members club and all-day dining concept. Think plush interiors, dimly lit chandeliers, candle light and flowers. I’ll let the photos do most of the talking… 😉
Champagne or cocktail? Why not both? A bartender with fully stocked bar trolley moves around the floor during brunch. Cocktails made right at your table? What luxury!
Fresh fruit cones to start. These are perfect with your welcome glass of Champagne.
Atlantic smoked salmon, cream cheese, tomato, Spanish onion, woodfired bagels, potato blini, creme fraiche and salmon roe. A little DIY over brunch is always fun!
Lettuce wrap of Yamba prawns with avocado, shallots, celery, lime and chilli mayonnaise. Super refreshing!
Roasted spatchcock with Waldforf salad, potato hash and poached free range eggs. The heartier brunch courses. Enjoy these while the roving magician (yes, magic!) entertains you at your table.
Custard French toast with maple syrup and strawberry. My favourite of the day! I could have easily finished this myself, unfortunately I had to share! 😉
One thing to note. They do not serve coffee. Another glass of Champagne instead? Ohhhh, why not!
